Welcome to Boss Lady Cleaning LLC. By booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for both our clients and our team.

1. Services
Boss Lady Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including services such as standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction or similar specialty cleaning, depending on availability and scope.

All services are subject to the condition of the property, scheduling availability, and the scope discussed at the time of booking or quote.

2. Estimates and Scope
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and, when applicable, an on-site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property, size of the space, or requested services differ from what was originally discussed.

Areas with excessive clutter, unsafe conditions, or conditions outside normal cleaning scope may be skipped, cleaned around, or priced separately.

3. Client Preparation
To help us provide the best service possible, clients are asked to prepare the home or property before the cleaning team arrives.
​
Please clear floors, countertops, and accessible surfaces of personal items such as clothing, toys, dishes, paperwork, food, and other belongings. Dishwashing and laundry are not included unless specifically agreed in advance.
​
We do not move heavy furniture, and we clean high areas only within reasonable and safe limits.
​
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If entry instructions, gate codes, alarm details, or other access information are needed, they must be provided in advance.

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and the client may be charged the full service fee.
​
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
​
Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, or other approved payment methods. If payment is not made when due, a $20 late fee may apply. A $10 fee may be charged for any returned or bounced payment.

For larger one-time services, including deep cleans or move-out cleans, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling.
​
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
​
If the team arrives and is turned away, denied access, or unable to perform the service due to circumstances outside our control, the full service fee may apply.
​
7. Pets
Clients are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe pets before our team arrives. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a pet creates a safety concern.
​
Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, animal waste, or conditions requiring extra time or special handling.
​
8. Damage, Breakage, and Claims
Clients should secure valuable, fragile, irreplaceable, or collectible items before service. Boss Lady Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items that are unstable, improperly installed, or unsecured.

Any damage believed to have been caused during cleaning must be reported within 48 hours of service. Concerns reported within 24 hours may be reviewed for a possible touch-up or re-clean at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not provided.

9. Safety and Right to Refuse Service
The safety of our team is important. Boss Lady Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or limit services if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary beyond normal expectations, or otherwise present a risk to health, safety, or property.
​
This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving biohazards, strong odors, pests, excessive waste, aggressive animals, exposed wiring, structural concerns, or other unsafe working conditions.
​
10. Arrival Times and Scheduling
Arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior appointments, job conditions, or other operational factors. We appreciate your understanding, as each property requires different levels of care and time.

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather, emergencies, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
​
11. Communications & SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, booking forms, or direct communication, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Boss Lady Cleaning LLC.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages at this time.
​
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
​
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Service Area
Boss Lady Cleaning LLC provides services in its designated service areas, including areas in and around Stone Mountain, Georgia, subject to availability.

13. Changes to Terms
Boss Lady Cleaning LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version posted on the website will become effective upon posting.
