Cancellation Policy

We’re happy to offer free in-person assessments to provide you with a fair, customized quote based on your space and cleaning needs. Whether it’s a home, apartment, townhome, office, gym, or restaurant — we’ll come to you, walk through the space, discuss your preferences, and offer the best cleaning solution for your situation. What to Expect: ✔️ A 15–30 minute walk-through of your space ✔️ A discussion about your cleaning needs, frequency, and any special requests (allergies, product preferences, etc.) ✔️ A fair, no-obligation quote based on your space and scope of work Cancellations, No-Shows, & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your quote appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a $25 no-show fee, which must be paid before rescheduling. We allow one free reschedule, but additional last-minute changes may also require a fee. This policy ensures that we’re able to respect everyone’s time — including yours — and continue offering personalized service to every client.
